2007～2009年温江区医院消毒效果监测分析

Analysis of Monitoring Effect on Hospital Disinfection in Wenjiang District from 2007 to 2009

目的了解温江区3年来的医院消毒工作情况,加强对医院及个体诊所消毒工作的监测管理力度,减少医院内交叉感染的发生。方法比较各级医疗单位连续3年监测的合格率,各种医疗用品及环境的消毒合格率。结果连续3年对118所医疗单位进行监测,共监测1 076份,合格908份,合格率为84%,消毒效果合格率依次为高压灭菌物品为89%消毒物品及消毒液83%物体表面及医护人员手80%。室内空气78%。结论成都市温江区医疗单位的消毒工作质量逐年上升,乡镇医院及个体诊所消毒工作质量相对较差。

Objective To know about the status of the disinfection in hospitals, strengthen the disinfection monitoring of the hospitals and private clinics, reduce the incidence of hospital cross - infection. Method Compare the pass rate of the medical disinfection monitoring in 3 years. Results There were 118 medical agencies monitored in 3 years. A total of 1076 samples had been detected , 84% samples （908） were up to standard. The pass rate of highpressure steam sterilization was 89 % , disinfector was 83% , surface and paramedic hands was 80%. Air quality , only 78 % was up to standards. Conclusions The disinfection of medical units in the quality of work is increased year by year in Wenjiang. The quality of disinfection in private clinics and village hospitas is relatively poor quatity of work.
