泉州市部分医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析

Analysis of Monitoring Results of Disinfection Quality in Partial Medical Institutions of Quanzhou City

目的了解泉州市部分医疗机构消毒质量,以便加强医院感染控制和消毒质量监测工作。方法采用现场采样和微生物学检验方法,对泉州市4所医疗机构的消毒灭菌质量进行连续4年的动态监测。结果连续4年共采样3 165份,总合格率为94.41%。不同调查对象中,空气合格率为77.53%～94.31%;物体表面合格率为89.55%～98.08%;医护人员手合格率为81.42%～90.20%;消毒后医疗用品合格率为96.06%～97.63%;灭菌后医疗用品合格率为98.72%～100%;使用中消毒液合格率为100%。结论泉州市该4所医疗机构消毒灭菌质量整体水平比较好,但室内空气和医护人员手的合格率相对较低,需要加强监督与消毒管理。

Objective To know the disinfection quality in partial medical institutions of Quanzhou city in order to strengthen the control of nosocemial infection and monitoring work of disinfection quality. Method On - the - spot sampiing and microbiological examination method were used to carry out dynamic monitoring on disinfection and sterilization quality for 4 successive years in 4 medical institutions of Quanzhou city. Results A total of 3165 samples were collected in 4 successive years and the total eligible rate was 94.41%. Among the objects investigated the eligible rate of indoor air , surfaces of various objects, hands of medical and mursing staffs, medical thing of disinfection, medical thing of sterilization and disinfectants in use were 77.53% - 94. 31%, 89. 55% -98.08%, 81.42% - 90. 20%, 96.06%- 97.63%, 98. 72%-100% and 100% respectively. Conclusions The quality of disinfection and sterilization in 4 medical institutions of Quanzhou is good as a whole, but the eligible rates of indoor air , hands of medical and nursing staffs were relatively low so it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and the administration of health disinfection.
