Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)掺杂Sr_2MgSi_2O_7长余辉发光材料的研究

摘要 采用高温固相法制备了Sr2MgSi2O7(SMS)、Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+(SMS-E)和Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+,Dy3+(SMS-ED)粉末.利用XRD、荧光光谱仪、单光子计数器、热释光剂量计等手段对样品进行结构和发光性能分析.结果表明:所得样品的晶相结构基本一致,在发射光谱中,SMS-ED与SMS-E相比,没有明显的新发射光谱,且发光强度较弱,但余辉的亮度和余辉的时间却有了很大的提高. powder samples of Sr2MgSi2O7, Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+, Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+, Dy^3+ have been synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction. The structure, luminescent properties, decay curves and themoluminescent spectra of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), fluorescent spectrophotometer, single photon counter and thermoluminescence dosimeter (TLD) respectively. XRD results show that all samples have same crystalline phases. The emission spectra and the decay curves indicate that the emission of the phosphors is ascribed to Eu^2+. The dopant of Dy^3+ greatly prolongs the afterglow time and enhances the afterglow intensity of the powder Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+.
