摘要
基于碱性介质中三聚氰胺对鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光体系的抑制作用,首次建立了三聚氰胺的毛细管电泳-化学发光分析法。在优化的实验条件下,该方法的线性范围和检出限分别为0.5~100μg/L和0.12μg/L,对0.5μg/L三聚氰胺的相对标准偏差为1.97﹪(n=5)。该方法应用于加标尿样中三聚氰胺含量的测定,结果令人满意。
A quick and sensitive method for the detection of melamine in alkaline medium has been developed by capillary electrophoresis-chemiluminescence based on decreasing effect of melamine for luminal-potassium ferricyanide system.Under the optimum conditions,the CL signal was proportional to the concentration of melamine in the range of 0.5-100 μg/L,and the detection limit(S/N = 3) was 0.12 μg/L.For the determination of 0.5 μg/L melamine solution,the RSD is 1.97 ﹪(n = 5).The proposed method was applied to the determination of melamine in spiked urine samples and the results were satisfactory.
