摘要 抗磷脂综合征（antiphospholipid syndrome，APS）是一种非器官特异性自身免疫性疾病，其特征为血清抗磷脂抗体Canti-phosphoslipid antibody，APA）阳性，临床表现为反复的动静脉血栓形成、习惯性流产和血小板减少等症状。
