阻断JAK/STAT通道对大鼠缺血再灌注心肌细胞凋亡及Bcl-2/Bax表达的影响 被引量：10

摘要 缺血再灌注损伤是心脏外科手术体外循环中一个常见的病理生理过程，在这个过程中常伴有心肌细胞的死亡。它包括心肌细胞的坏死和心肌细胞的凋亡．其中心肌细胞的凋亡占主要的地位，文献[1]报道缺血再灌注过程中可发生细胞凋亡，细胞凋亡加重再灌注损伤。
