高职院校后进生帮扶及转化目标模式和方法论的研究

Research on the Target Model and Methodology of Backward Students Helping and Transformation

目前,在高职院校后进生帮扶及转化的对策研究中,还存在着方法比较空泛,不能从方法论的高度加以阐释的问题。从克服高职后进生中存在的行为习惯不良、心理问题较重、学习能力极差和应用技能有待提高等问题出发,力求建构高职院校后进生帮扶及转化的目标模式,并配之以相应的方法论说明,来实现对高职后进生帮扶及转化。

At present, there are still way too vague and general, can not explain the height of methodology to the problem that in the research of measures to help and convert backward students in Vocational colleges. From the problems that overcome the higher achievers in bad habits, psychological problems heavier, poor learning ability＇and application of skills to be improved and other issues, make effort to construct target mode of helping and convert backward students and with the note of corresponding methodology to achieve the helping and transformation of backward students in higher vocational colleges.
