This paper,by means of literature study and technical picture,combined with professional theory and practice,analyzes the variation of body gravity center in the final force gradation of javelin,while observing special sports training and comparing the results with the kinematics parameter related to the excellent athletes at home and abroad.It is hoped that this paper could inspire the trainers,athletes and researchers who deal with this athletics to improve the performance of javelin.
