摘要
随着竞技体育竞争的日愈激烈,对移动靶项目的训练和竞赛都提出了更高的要求.探求多渠道的训练手段,是射击教练员面对的重要课题之一.自我控制能力的训练,对加快移动靶技术动作的规范化、自动化的进程和提高移动靶比赛的能力均有较好地辅助作用.
Competitive sports calls for the search for multi-channel training techniques to increase the level of training and imposes a higher demand on the coaches.Self-control training improves the athletes＇ ability to play and accelerate the standardization of technical movement,automated process,so that the training and competition results turn more stable.
