This paper investigates the running of some typical transportation enterprises in Nantong to find the influence of fuel tax reform on the transportation and analyzes the actual influences from the aspects of the cost management, capital management and business management. The reality proves that the reform of tax on fuel has brought new vitality to Nantong road transportation industry.
