On the Effective Input of the Ecological Capital

中外学术界从物质生产的角度对生态资本这个概念的内涵、特征及其价值核算等问题已有相当全面和深入的阐释。文章从生态生产这一新的角度重新界定了"生态资本"的概念,对生态资本的投资现状和存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了促进生态资本有效投入的对策建议。

A lot of Chinese and foreign academics and experts have expounded the ecological capital from the economics perspective, including its connotation, characteristics and its value accounting. This paper redefines the concept from the ecological productive point of view, summarizes the status quo and problems of ecological capital inputs, and proposes a number of countermeasures, to promote the effective input of the ecological capital.
