二级管理下的教材建设质量监控研究

A Research on the Quality Supervision of Teaching Material Development under 2-Layer Management System

教材建设是提高教学质量的关键之一。在分析高校教材建设存在问题的基础上,构建了高校二级管理下的教材建设质量监控体系及教材建设质量考核指标体系,这对提高教材建设的质量有着十分重要的意义,有助于高校竞争力的提升。

Based on the analysis of current problems existing in the developing teaching materials in higher institutions, the paper puts forward the teaching material supervision system and the assessment system which is established under the 2-layer management system, it will benefit not only for improving the teaching material quality, but also raising the competitiveness of higher institutions.
