摘要
本文用比色法、BET、SEM等方法研究了分散介质pH值对蒙脱土的分散性、密度、比表面、孔径分布等性质的影响。实验表明,在pH值2~12范围内,随pH升高蒙脱土分散性与密度增大,比表面减小。在酸性介质中蒙脱土主孔径集中在1.9um微孔处,微孔数量随pH值减小而增加;在碱性介质中蒙脱土孔径逐渐增大,pH=12时主孔径集中在2.1nm处。
The effect of pH value of dispersing media on dispersity,density,surface area and pore size distribution of montmorillonite was studied using colorimetry, BET and SEM. Results show that, in the rangeof PH= 2~ 12, dispersity and density of montmorillonite increase with pH value, while surface area decreases. At pH value of 2. 4 or 6, the primary pore-size of montmorillonite concentrates on 1. 9 nm. Micropores of this size increase with decreasing pH value. In basic media, pore size gradually increases withpH value. At pH value of 12, the primary pore size concentrates on 2. 1 nm.
