摘要
在室温下用等孔容离子交换共浸渍法制备了球型CoO-MoO3-K2O/γ-Al2O3宽温耐硫变换催化剂HB-3Q。考察了载体、钻钼前驱盐、竟争剂、金属离子负载量、浸渍液pH值等对催化剂物化性能的影响,用XRD、DTA等分析手段表征了活性组分在载体y-A12O3上的微观分散状态。表明用新型低廉的钴和钼前驱盐,可获得与常规氨配合法相同变换活性和颗粒抗压碎强度的耐硫变换催化剂,而成本却大幅下降。
This paper reports the preparation of new HB-3Q Co-Mo-K-Al sulfur--tolerant shift catalyst bypore volume ion-exchange co-impregnation using alkali solution at room temperature. Influence of preparation conditions such as carriers .Co-Mo precursor salts,competitor impregnating compounds,atomicratios of loaded metal and PH value were studied. Microdispersion state of active components on Y--Al,O,carrier was characterized by XRD and DTA. It is shown that new catalyst prepared from new oxalateCo-Mo precursors has activity and crushing strength comparable to that prepared from ammonia complexes while cost of preparation is considerably lowered
