摘要
目的优选生脉散配方颗粒的提取工艺。方法运用L9(34)正交实验方法,以挥发油提取量为指标,筛选五味子挥发油最佳提取工艺;以人参皂苷提取率和浸膏得率的综合加权评分为指标,筛选人参、麦冬、五味子的最佳水提工艺。结果最佳提取工艺条件:取五味子,用6倍量水,浸泡2h,蒸馏6h提取挥发油;药渣与人参、麦冬一起,用水煎煮3次,每次加10倍量水,煎煮1h。结论该工艺条件稳定,具有可操作性和重现性。
Objective To establish the optimal extraction process of Shengmaisan prescription granule. Methods The orthogonal experiment was adopted and the extraction amount of aetherolea was used as an index to screen the optimal extraction process of fructus schizandrae aetherolea. In addition, the comprehensive weight score of ginsenoside extraction rate and extractum yield was considered as an index to screen the optimal water extraction process of ginseng, ophiopogonis tuber and fruetus schizandrae. Results The optimal condition for the extraction process of fructus schisandrae aetherolea was the distillation of fructus sehisandrae for 6 h after soaked in sixfold amount of water for 2 h. The optimal water extraction process was the decoction of the gruffs with ginseng and ophiopogonis tuber three times, each time for 1 h after diluted tenfold with water. Conclusion The technological processes are stable and are of practicality and reproducibility.
