摘要
甘蔗制糖废醪液的排放严重污染环境。比较目前采用的几种治理方案,提出一种以多级闪蒸技术为中心的综合治理方案。与目前常用的垂直列管强制循环式多效蒸发方案相比,可提高造水比,减缓结垢。用新方案处理日榨1500吨甘蔗糖厂的酒精废醪液,工程总投资约6231万元,日产有机混合肥120吨,年净利3337万元。可实现废醪液、滤泥、炉灰的零排放。
Organic discharge liquor discharged from sugar mill leads to serious pollution of environment.This paper reviewed several treatment schemes used nowadays for such pollution, and presented a new scheme which multi-stage flash evaporation technology used.Compared with multi-effect evaporation treatment scheme used today,the new scheme increased the ratio of evaporation gain / steam and alleviated dirt forming in the process.For a sugar mill that processes 1 500 tons sugarcane every day,the total investment of the new scheme is about RMB 6 231 million yuan, 120 tons of mixed organic fertilizer can be produced per day,and net profit of RMB 3 337 million yuan can be obtained per year.The new scheme can achieve nondischarge of organic waste liquor, filter sludge and stove ash.
