体育赛会配套建筑消防性能化设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 以北京奥运主新闻中心为例对仅在运动会期间使用的提供临时需求的建筑进行性能化防火设计。设计5个火灾场景对人员疏散和烟气运动进行分析,对主新闻中心的消防安全进行验证和补充。提出的措施:增设疏散走道连接疏散出口,解决国际大餐厅疏散出口不足的问题;启用停车库入口坡道作为疏散出口增加奥组委运营区疏散出口;文字记者工作区设防火带;将主街和室外平台作为疏散相对安全区。 The fire protection design for buildings with different use temporarily was discussed with the example of MPC of The Olympic Games in Beijing. 5 scenes were set to simulate the evacuation and smoke movement to validate and supplement fire safety of it. The measures suggested were: Adding an evacuation walk to solve the problem of lacking of exit for internal dinning room; using ramp of garage entrance as exit of the Olympic Organizing Committee operating area; setting a fire protection strip in written reporter working area; making the main street and outdoor flat the relatively safety area.
