摘要
结合消防部队的工作实际和各级消防指挥员均拥有手机这一无线通信工具的情况,提出了在移动公网的基础上架设短信数据服务平台,实时向灭火救援现场指挥员提供有关灭火救援数据等信息,为消防部队服务。
Combined the working situation of fire brigade with the fact that fire commanders of all levels have a cell phone, building SMS server-platform on the basis of mobile public network was proposed to provide real-time information of fire fighting and rescue for on-site fire commanders and serve for fire brigade.
