矿井应急救援指挥通信装置卫星传输音视频的实现 被引量:6

摘要 针对矿井事故应急救援过程中临时铺设的救援通信系统缺乏天地井的实时通信功能而导致远程指挥中心不能直接了解井下灾情的问题,提出了一种井下有线语音视频通信系统和地面卫星视频通信系统相结合的矿井应急救援指挥通信装置,重点介绍了该装置中卫星传输音视频功能的实现方案。经过联机测试,该装置组网稳定、通信距离长、抗灾能力较强,解决了应急救援指挥中的天地井互联实时通信这一难题。 In order to solve the problem that rescue communication system,which is laid casually in process of emergency rescue for mine accident,has no function of real-time communication among satellite,ground and underground and remote command center cannot directly get information of disaster situation,a mine communication device for emergency rescue commanding which combined with underground wired audio and video communication system and ground satellite video communication system was proposed and realization scheme of audio and video transmission by satellite of the device was mainly introduced.The prototype test result showed the device has stable networking,long communication distance and strong anti-disaster ability,which solves the problem of real-time communication among satellite,ground and underground in emergency rescue commanding.
