废物的综合治理之二──我国的可持续方向

Comprehensive Treatment of Waste Ⅱ Sustainable Direction of Our Country

长期以来我国对废物“简单填埋”的不合理治理方法导致环境质量日益恶化，已不再适应经济发展、环境保护的要求，废物综合治理成为必然选择。为了使我国的废物治理道路少受挫折、少走弯路，以前一篇《废物的综合治理之一》发达国家废物治理方面成熟经验为基础，为我国的治理道路提出建设性建议。

The unreasonable waste treatment method,“Simply Landfilled”, which has been applied in our country for a long time, has brought about serious effects on environment quality.Therefore it no longer can meet the requirements of our economic development and environmental protection.The comprehensive treatment is becoming an inevitable choice.In order that China could go more smoothly forward on waste treatment,based on the mature ways of developed countries on waste treatment mentioned in the former paper “Comprehensive Treatment of Waste Ⅰ”,this paper puts forward constructive suggestions for the waste treatment in our country.
