《喜福会》在美国主流文化市场占有重要一席并得到文学界不断关注,其作品彰显的独特叙事策略不可忽视。它重述和移植了中国迷信、神话,揭开了神秘古老的中国文化;多视角叙述声音和女性叙事,突出了女性叙事权威;通过立体主义叙事结构折射出了复杂的母女关系;土语的使用丰富了华裔的写作表达和意义。
Chinese American female writer Amy Tan＇ s English novel The Joy Luck Club plays an important role in American mainstream cultural market and it has aroused continuous concerns. The unique narrative strategy in The Joy Luck Club can not be neglected. Retelling and transplanting Chinese superstitions and myths reveal the mysterious and ancient past of Chinese culture; multi-angel narrative voice and female narrative highlight female narrative authority; Cubism narrative structure reflects the touching and complicated relationship between mothers and daughters; the adoption of dialect enriches Chinese Americans＇ expression and the meaning of writing.
