从繁荣到衰落:抗战时期四川煤炭业发展轨迹探析

From Prosperity to Decadency:The Development Track of the Coal Industry of Sichuan Province in Anti-Japanese War

抗战爆发之初,由于主客观因素的综合发展,特别是国民政府在抗战初期进行的经济政策调整,为四川煤炭业发展提供了难得的契机。以此为契机,川省煤矿数量增多,产量提高,生产技术得到改进,经营管理水平得到提高,呈现繁荣景象。但是,国民政府的经济政策仅仅是战时的权宜之计,缺乏长期性、延续性和稳定性,所以,到抗战后期,川省煤炭业走过了昙花一现似的繁荣之后,迅速走向衰落。

With the outbreak of the resistance war, as the integrated development of objective and subjective factors, especially, the economic policy adjustment of the national government in the early war time, the coal industry in Sichuan got a rare opportunity to be developed. Accordingly, the number of coal mines and their yield went up, the production technology and the management level improved. However, the current economic policy was only a temporary wartime expedient without the long term, continuity and stability. Therefore, after the short-lived boom, the coal industry in Sichuan sharply dechned in the end of war.
