摘要
印染工业主要通过物理法、化学法、生物法及其他复合工艺处理印染废水.经过各处理工艺得到的回用水指标比生产用水低,可用于退浆等对水质要求较低的前处理工序中.实验表明,选择合适的染料时,经深度处理的回用水或与生产用水混合的回用水用于染色和印花等工序是可行的.
Printing and dyeing wastewater is mainly disposed through physical,chemical and biological methods and other compound techniques.The recycled water after various treatments has lower quality indexes than household water,and can be used in the pre-treatment processes such as desizing which require less for the water quality.Experiments indicate that with proper dyes,it is feasible to apply recycled water after advanced treatment or the recycled water mixed with plant water to printing and dyeing.
