共青团组织服务大学生就业创业工作的途径研究

随着我国经济体制和大学生就业制度的改革,高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻。就高校基层团组织的职能定位、团组织服务就业创业的可行性及重要作用等进行充分分析,对高校共青团组织有效服务毕业生就业创业的途径进行了有益的探索。

With the reform of economic system and college student employment system in China,the college graduates are facing increasingly serious employment situation.This paper makes a full analysis of college grassroots League organizations＇ functions,as well as the feasibility and importance in their service to college graduates＇ employment and self employment,and explores the approaches for college grassroots League organizations to make effective service to the students＇ employment and self employment.
