德国职业教育成功的体系性因素分析

On System Factor of Germany's Success in Vocational Education

通过对德国双元制职业教育成功因素进行分析,描述了德联邦政府、行业协会、职业院校、企业和员工等在职业教育中的作用和地位,指出了德国的教育体系、法律体系、管理体系等在德国职业教育取得成功的过程中所起的巨大作用,以为我国职业教育的发展提供借鉴。

By analyzing the factors leading to Germany＇s success in the dual vocational education,the paper described the respective roles and positions of the federal government,industry associations,vocational institutions,businesses and the staff in the vocational education.It pointed out that educational system,legal system,management system,etc.have played key roles in the success of German vocational education,which is a reference for the development of vocational education in China.
