摘要
企业战略管理的本质是价值管理。企业战略调整应以企业价值优化为目标,以价值链多维优化策略作为企业战略调整的有效工具。从价值视角研究企业战略调整,可以抓住企业战略管理的本质,从一个侧面丰富战略管理理论内涵,为我国企业战略调整提供参考依据。
Strategic management of enterprises is the value chain management in the nature, so optimizing the business value should be its objective ; multi-dimensional optimization of the value chain can serve as an effective tool of corporate strategy adjustment. The research from the perspective of corporate value grasps the essence of the strategic management. It will enrich the theoretical contents of strategic management from one side, and provide a reference for our corporate strategy adjustment.
