清肝消脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation on Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis Treated by Qinggan Xiaozhi Recipe

目的:观察清肝消脂汤联合阿拓莫兰治疗瘀血湿热内阻型非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的临床疗效。方法:将符合入选条件的80例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组在调整饮食结构、适量有氧运动等基础治疗的同时,给予阿拓莫兰治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,加服清肝消脂汤,疗程3个月,观察两组病例中医临床症状、体征和CT检查(肝/脾CT值)、肝功能、血脂疗效的变化。结果:清肝消脂汤联合阿拓莫兰能明显改善NASH患者肝脏影像学变化,减轻临床症状,改善和恢复肝功能,降低患者血清甘油三脂、胆固醇的含量,其总有效率为92.5%,优于对照组的60.0%(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗NASH疗效显著。

Objective：To evaluate the therapcutic effect of Qinggan Xiaozhi Recipe combined with atmn for patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis（NASH）.Methods：80 NASH patients were randomly divided into treatment group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）.Methods：40 NASH patients（Control group） treated with atmn and adjust their diet as well as regular aerobic exercise and other basic treatment.The treatment group on the basis of the control group,plus Qinggan Xiaozhi Recipe of three months.The TCM clinical symptoms,physical signs,CT examination（liver /spleen CT value）,liver function and blood lipid were observed for both of the Groups.Results：The Qinggan Xiaozhi recipe combined with atmn could significantly improve the ultrasonic image,relieve clinical symptoms,improve and restore liver function,lower serum triglycerides,cholesterol.The total effective rate was 92.5%,better than the control group was 60.0%（P 0.01）.Conclusion：TCM combined with western medicine have significant effect in treating NASH.
