摘要 对Klebsiella pneumoniae发酵稻草纸浆水解液生产2,3-丁二醇的工艺进行了初步的实验研究。考察了温度、时间、底物浓度、pH等不同因素对稻草纸浆酶水解和2,3-丁二醇发酵的影响。结果表明,在纸浆的酶用量为135IU/g、底物浓度为20g/L、50℃、pH4.8的条件下反应20h,还原糖得率最高为68.15%;2,3-丁二醇的最佳发酵条件为pH6.0、葡萄糖初始浓度100g/L、30℃、接种量15%、150r/min、反应72h,2,3-丁二醇的最高转化率为17.92%。 The 2,3-Butanediol production from straw paper pulp hydrolysate by Klebsiella pneumoniae was investigated. The different influential factors such as temperature, reaction time, substrate concentration,pH value on the straw paper pulp enzyme hydrolysis and fermentation on 2,3-butanediol were studied. The results showed that the enzymatic hydrolysis optimal condition is: enzyme concentration is 135 IU/g, substrate concentration is 20 g/L, temperature is 50 ℃, pH value is 4.8, hydrolysis time is 20 h, the yield of reducing sugar hydrolysis is 68.15%; the optimal condition for fermentation for 2,3- butanediol is: pH value is 6.0,glucose concentration is 100 g/L,tempera- ture is 30 ℃,inoculation amount of beadsis 15%(V/V), rotation speed is 150 r/min, fermentation for 72 h,the highest conversion rate of 2,3-butanediol is 17.92%.
