以北京市交通警察疲劳度和工作满意度问卷调查数据为基础,将交警执行重大安保任务时的疲劳度分为生理、心理、行为三个方面,采用统计检验方法,分析了不同性别、年龄、学历、婚姻状况、从警时间、职务等个人属性的交警疲劳度,以及疲劳度与工作满意度之间的关系。

With the questionnaires＇ data of fatigue and job satisfaction of Beijing traffic policemen, it analyzes the fatigue of traffic policemen on three aspects of physical states, psychological states and behaviors. ,which are based on age, education background, career life, post and so on. And it analyzes the correlation between fatigue and job satisfaction.
