游离雌三醇在孕中期胎儿唐氏综合征筛查中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 唐氏综合征（down syndrome，DS）是一种先天性染色体异常所致的疾病，是由于在减数分裂的后期，21号染色体未分离所致即所谓的21-染色体三体。其发病率1／600～1／800。以往认为高龄产妇所孕胎儿发生率较高，但资料显示35岁以下孕妇所产Ds缺陷儿占80％。Ds的主要危害是患儿智力严重低下，发育迟缓，容易产生各种胃肠道畸形等。
