摘要
南京一个10kV电网变电所作为中性点经高电阻接地方式试运行的配电网,经现场试验和理论分析证实配电网采用这种接地方式能限制电源侧断线谐振过电压和间隙性弧光接地过电压,从而使间隙氧化锌避雷器可能在这种接地方式的配电网中安全运行,具有广阔的发展前景。
One of 10kV networks in Nanjing with neutral grounded through high resistance resistor has been in operation for commission. The experiments at site and theoretical analysis show that this type of grounding can limit resonant overvoltage due to line broken in the source side and arcing overvoltage. It is possible that the metal-oxide gapless arrestors are used in this network safely. This type of grounding will have broad prospects in application.
