Modern Teacher-Student Relationship Status and Management Strategies

随着时代的发展,中国传统的尊师重道的师生关系发生了很大变化。由于学校、学生以及当代的教学管理体制等多方面的原因,当代的师生关系中出现了学生依赖教师、师生关系冷漠、师生关系功利化等诸多不和谐的因素,加强制度和环境建设,提高教师队伍素质,拓宽师生交流渠道是消除当代师生关系中不和谐因素的有利途径。

With the development of the times ,Chinese traditional teacher-student relationship - respect for teachers , have undergone great changes. Because of the school, students, the modem teaching managementsystem and many other reasons, the current teacher-student relations appears students relying on teachers, teacher-student relationship apathy, teacher-student relationship discord, and many other utilitarian factors. To solve the above problems, this author believes that strengthening the educational system and the environment, improving the quality of teachers, and broadening channels of communication between students and teachers are favorable ways to eliminate disharmony factors of contemporary teacher-student relationship.
