高职院校职业指导现状与对策

Study on the Present Problems and Countermeasures of Vocational Guidance in Higher Vocational Institutes

以高职院校推行工学结合、校企合作的人才培养模式为切入点,分析高职院校职业指导和企业合作的必要性,结合目前高职院校职业指导存在的新问题,提出高职院校职业指导教学的新途径和新方法,更好地帮助学生了解自身的个性特点,培养学生职业素质,提高学生的职业决策和生涯规划能力。

This paper first takes the talent cultivation model of combining learning with practice and school-enterprise cooperation as an entry point,analyzes the necessity for higher vocational institutes to cooperate enterprises in vocational guidance,then it points out some new approaches to implement the work for the purpose of assisting students with understanding their own personalities and with improving their ability of carrier planning.
