Reflections on Formulating a New Structure of Urban-rural Coordination-oriented Grassroot Party Construction

以城乡统筹的基层党建工作新格局为研究对象,从对城乡统筹的基层党建新格局的理论内涵着手,通过对城乡基层党建工作的现状分析,提出了构建城乡统筹的基层党建新格局必须坚持以提高城乡党组织的凝聚力、发展力和服务力为目标,围绕"共"字做文章,使城乡党的建设与统筹城乡发展相统一,让党建工作更好地引领城乡经济同步发展。

The building of a new structure of urban-rural coordination-oriented grassroot Party construction is the requirement for Party construction at the primary level raised at the Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Party Central Committee. With the new structure of urban-rural coordination-oriented grassroot Party construction as the subject investigated, this paper begins with the demonstration of its theoretical connotations, followed by an analysis of its present situation, and at last gives some suggestions, such as adhering to the improvement of cohesion, development and service capacities of the urbanrural Party organizations as the goal, centering around commonness, integrating the urban-rural Party constructions and balance of urban-rural development so as to achieve Party building-directed synchronous development of urban and rural economy.
