摘要
针对原国产B423型机械式针梳机存在的不足,运用PLC控制技术设计了变频加伺服的机电式控制系统对其进行改造。改造后的针梳机运行可靠,操作简单,降低了毛条重量不匀率,提高了整体自动化水平。
Basing on the deficiency of the 13423 gilling machine, it designed the variable frequency and servo mechatronics control system by using the controlling technique of PLC to improve the deficiency, It showed that the improved machine was safety in opera- tion, simplicity of operator, reduced the weight unvrenness of sliver, increased the integral level of automation.
