唐山市农村中老年人群血脂与血糖关系的研究

Study on the relationship between the levels of serum lipids and blood glucose among middle-aged and aged people in Tangshan rural areas

目的探讨唐山市农村中老年人群中血脂各成份与血糖(blood glucose,BG)之间的关系。方法以接受健康教育及体检的本地区农村中老年人群4350例为调查对象,检测血脂总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、血糖(BG),分析血脂各成份与血糖之间的关系。结果随血脂水平的升高,BG水平和高BG检出率有升高趋势;高BG组的血脂水平比非高BG组的血脂水平和高血脂检出率有升高趋势;男女各组间的比较无统计学差异。结论唐山市农村中老年人群血脂异常和BG升高关系密切,男女之间无统计学差异。

Objective To study the relationship between the levels of serum lipids and blood glucose（BG） among the middle--aged and aged people at the rural area,in Tangshan rural areas. Methods A lotal of 4,350 subjects including the rural middle--aged and aged people who attended the health education and medical check--up, were selected and the levels of total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, blood glucose（BG） were detected. At the same time, the relationship between serum lipids and blood glucose were compared. Results With the elevated lipid levels, BG levels and a high BG levels detection rate tended to increase. The levels of serum lipids and high serum lipids detection rate tended to increase higher in high levels of BG group than in the normal one. There is no statistically significant difference between male and female. Conclusion There is a close relationship between serum lipid abnormalities and elevated BG among the middle--aged and aged people in Tangshan rural areas,and there is no statistically significant difference between male and female.
