摘要 商务谈判中,掌握"说、问、答"的技巧至关重要。讲话的方式依据对方的性格不同而不同;讲话时,坚持互相尊重的原则。问的问题因不同的目的而不同。回答时得考虑己方利益,有时可以答非所问,来保护自己的利益。掌握了这些技巧,谈判就有可能在一种平等、和谐的气氛中完成。 Mastering the skill of "speaking, asking, and answering" becomes more and more important in business negotiation. Good preparation is necessary before negotiation. When speaking, try your best to use active voice on the basis of "mutual respect" principle. Questions to be asked depend on the purposes. When asking, try to use "it~' clauses, so that we can get the information we need. As for answering, it's better not to make a reply covering all the information. And it's necessary to consider what the opponents want to know from this question. Mastering these language skills, business negotiation can be done in an equal and harmonious atmosphere.
