以科学发展观为指导,侧重以辽东半岛文化圈的主要城市主题文化发展为重点探讨提高辽宁文化软实力发展问题。在与国内其他城市的比较中,总结、提炼、升华辽宁各城市的形象特征和城市精神,在挖掘、抢救、整理和研究具有辽宁地方特色的城市文化中,诠释辽东半岛城市文化圈的未来发展趋势,为解决辽宁经济和社会发展中的城市文化软实力问题提出理论联系实际的新的思路和对策,具有较大的应用价值和理论价值。

How to improve the soft cultural power of Liaoning province is discussed in the perspective of developing the motif culture of major cities in the cultural circle of eastern Liaoning peninsula. By comparing with other Chinese cities, the author summarizes, abstracts and distills the visual characters and city spirit. By excavating, saving, collating and studying the city cultures with local characteristics, the author forecasts the development tendency of city cultural circle in eastern Liaoning peninsula. Some thought and measures are also put forward.
