摘要
在总结大量矿物分选的实践基础上,系统研究了用混合重液法分离石英斑晶的理论和操作方法及用折光率法间接测量混合重液的技术。发现了用折光率值为1.577~1.579的系列混合重液分离石英斑晶效果最好,分离纯度达到95%~98%,解决了从浅成火山岩中分选单晶石英的难题,极大地提高了石英的分离效率、纯度和回收率,从过去石英的富集率20%提高到95%~98%,从人工挑选的几克增至几百克,可从挑选的40~80目扩大到120目。
Based on the practice of a large number of mineral seperating,the authors systematiaclly studied the theory and operation process by means of mixing heavy liquid to separate Quartz phenocryst,and aslo studied the core technology of using refractive index to measure indirectly mixed heavy liquid.It is suggested that the best way of separating quartz phenocryst is to use the heavy liquid with refractive index value from 1.577 to 1.579.And the separation purity could reach 95%~98%.Therefore,the problems of seperating single crystal quartz from hypabyssal volcanic rock are effectively solved.The efficiency,the purity and the recovery for quartz separation are greatly improved.The accumulation rate enhances from 20% to 95%~98%.The quartz weight of artificial selection is a few grams in the past,now,increase to a few hundred grams,the selected scope from 40~80 mesh expands to 120 mesh.
