摘要
本文设计的数字信号源变换电路,是在方波信号源基础上的开发与应用,主要由串联检波电路、放大与输出电路组成.变换电路输入方波交流脉冲信号,经过串联检波电路,方波信号负峰值Vp-得到抑制、正峰值Vp+予以保留,得到两个直流脉冲(检波)信号,再经放大与输出电路放大,输出TTL、CMOS数字信号,可满足数字电路的测量、实验要求.
This article design digital signal source converting circuit,which is developed and applied based on square wave signal source by series detection circuit,amplification and output circuit primarily.Converting circuit input square wave AC pulse signal,through series detector circuit,square-wave negative peak Vp-been contained and positive peak Vp+ been retained,get two DC pulse(detection) signal,and then through the amplification and output circuit amplify.The output TTL,CMOS digital signal,digital circuits to meet the measurement and the requirement of experiment.
