Decision model for location selection of the residential community

住宅小区选址不仅具有重要的经济效益,而且还具有一定的社会效益和环境效益.在进行住宅小区选址评价时要综合分析,对其影响因素一般采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法.本文总结了针对此问题的一般数学模型、Hedonic模型、Logistic模型等3种决策模型,并分析了这3种方案的优缺点.

The location selection of residential community not only has important economic benelits, but also has certain social and environmental benefits. Analysis of the residential community＇ s location selection should be comprehensive and integrated, and it commonly uses the combining of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method for its factors. This paper summarizes the commonly math model, Hedonic model and Logistic model for this problem. And the three percepts＇ advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.
