冷法H_2O_2氧化制备马铃薯淀粉粘合剂及改性研究 被引量:2

摘要 在室温下,以马铃薯淀粉为原料,双氧水为氧化剂,制备出了马铃薯淀粉粘合剂。探讨了氧化剂用量、催化剂用量、糊化剂用量、氧化时间、糊化时间、粉水比、络合剂用量对粘合剂性能的影响,以粘度和初粘力为评价指标,通过L18(37)正交试验确定制备淀粉粘合剂的最佳条件为:m(水):m(马铃薯淀粉)=5:1,双氧水1.3mL,硫酸亚铁0.2g,NaOH为3.0g,氧化时间90min,糊化时间30min,硼砂0.3g。并以添加聚乙烯醇进行接枝改性,提高其干燥时间和初粘力,实验得到添加量为5%时效果最好。 Potato starch was used as the starting material and hydrogen peroxide solution was used as the oxidant to manufacture potato starch adhesive at room temperature.The effect of the dosage of oxidant,the amount of catalyst,the amount of gelatinization agent,the oxidation time,the starch/water ratio and the amount of complexing agent on the property of potato starch adhesive were investigated.The optimal conditions for the preparation of potato starch adhesive was determined by using the L18(3^7) orthogonal test with viscosity and initial adhesion serving as evaluation indices:The ratio of m(H2O)/m(potato starch) was equal to 5/1,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide solution was 1.3 mL,the dosage of ferrous sulfate was 0.2 g,the amount of NaOH was 3.0 g,the oxidation time was 90 min,the gelatinization time was 30 min,and the dosage of borax was 0.3 g.The retention period of starch adhesive was improved through modification by adding polyvinyl alcohol,and the optimum result was achieved by using 5% polyvinyl alcohol.
