摘要
采用盲孔法来研究焊接整体节点的残余应力.结果表明:44mm板等厚截面对接所引起的残余应力数值最大,为266.8MPa,采用一薄一厚的截面对接,即节省了材料,又减少了残余应力峰值.纵向残余应力在垂直焊缝方向分布呈拉应力与压应力的交替规律分布.结构制造中采用焊后锤击工艺,有效地降低了残余应力,利于整体节点关键部位疲劳强度的提高.
Welding residual stresses in the integrative linking part of Yangzi river bridge were investigated by using the hole-drilling strain-gage method. The maximum residual stress We found in the butt weld joint of 44 mm thick plate. The value of welding residual stress is lowered by using the 33mm thenner plate weld to the 44 mm thick plate. The weld beam immediately after welding remarkably decreases the welding residula stress. It is useful to raise the fatigue strength of the integrative linking part to hammer.
