摘要
目的:探讨冠心病患者血浆脂联素和白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平的变化及其关系。方法:冠心病患者60例,其中,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)30例,不稳定型心绞痛(UA)30例;选择年龄、性别、体重与其匹配的30例作为健康对照。用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定两组血浆脂联素及IL-1β浓度,分析两者在冠心病患者血浆中的变化及相互关系。结果:SAP组和UA组脂联素水平均显著低于对照组(均P<0.001);UA组血清IL-1β明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。UA组及SAP组血清脂联素与IL-1β呈负相关(r1=-0.27,P<0.01;r2=-0.31,P<0.01)。结论:脂联素水平降低和IL-1β水平升高可能是冠心病发生及发展的重要因素;IL-1β的改变与脂联素水平呈负相关,提示脂联素的代谢可能影响IL-1β的表达。
Objective:To investigate the changes of serum adiponectin and IL-1β,and evaluate the relationship between adiponectin and IL-1β in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:60 patients with coronary heart disease were en-rolled [30 cases of unstable angina (UA) and 30 cases of stable angina (SAP)]. 30 healthy people matched in age,sex and body mass served as control. Serum adiponetin and IL-1β was measured by enzyme-labeled immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results:The serum level of adiponectin in UA and SAP group was lower than that of control group (both P〈0.001). The con centration of IL-1β in patients with UA was higher than that of control group (P〈0.001). The concentration of serum adiponectin of UA and SAP group was negatively correlated with that of IL-1β (r1=-0.27,P〈0.01; r2=-0.31,P〈0.01). Conclusion:Adiponectin and IL-1β may play a role in the pathogenesis of coronary artery disease. IL-1β is negatively correlated with adiponectin,suggesting that adiponectin may influence the expression of IL-1β.
