The Analysis on the Causes of the Furnace Grate’s Fracture of Hot Blast Stove

针对高炉热风炉坍塌事故，分析炉篦子的化学成分、金相组织等，得出铸件存在化学成分配比不合理，从而导致炉篦过早失效。

Aiming at the collapse accident in the blast furnace hot stove, this paper analyzes the chemical composition of furnace grate, and microstructure etc., and finally finds out that there are some quality defects in casting such as irrational chemical composition ratio and so on.
