Fabrication of Expanding Test Coupon for Heat Exchanger

针对换热器换热管胀接的胀接试验试件没有制作标准规范的问题,提出了胀接试件制作时确定标准尺寸的方法。并介绍了使用实例和常用工装的制作方法。

With respect to the problem that there is no standard for preparing coupon used in expanding test of tubes in heat exchang- ers, the method of determining standardized size of expanding test coupon was presented in this article. Furthermore, the practical examples and the method of fabricating tools were introduced.
