Two-way Balanced Mechanical Seal

一种高可靠性的新型机械密封,它具有紧定螺钉、弹簧座密封圈、传动销、弹簧座、动环密封圈、动环组件、静环密封圈、静环、弹簧等,其特征是动环密封圈槽是长矩形槽,由弹簧座和动环围成,其平衡直径须满足:d_(eo)≥D_e≥d_(ei);弹簧封闭在弹簧座密封圈和动环密封圈之间;紧定螺钉伸入轴套的孔中。此新型密封用于双密封的内侧密封,解决易燃、易爆、有毒介质的动密封问题,介质中允许有少量颗粒,密封可靠性高,使用寿命长,对辅助系统要求降低,减少设备维护成本,提高了设备的安全性。

A new developed and highly reliable mechanical seal, which consists of set screws, a spring seat, secondary seal for spring seat, rotary components, secondary seal for rotary components, stationary ring, secondary seal for stationary ring and springs, was introduced in this article. The structural feature is that its rotary seal ring groove, enclosed by both the spring seat and the rotary ring, is rectangular. The balance diameter of the seal should follow the requirement ： de0≥De≥dei. The spring is sealed within the secondary seal rings of the spring seat and the rotary ring, while the set screws stick into the holes on the shaft sleeve. This new seal is used as the inner seal in a dual-seal system, so that sealing for some inflammable, explosive or hazardous fluids. In suing this mechani- cal seal, a few of particles existed in fluids are allowed. Also, this seal has the advantages of long using life, low requirement for auxil- iary system, low maintenance cost and high safety of equipment.
