摘要 简要概括了钢制法兰的分类,及具有代表性的设计计算模型:华特氏(Waters)法和DIN 2505的法兰计算方法,详细说明了各种类型法兰的使用范围,并列出了法兰及法兰紧固件的设计选用原则,最后就我国钢制管法兰的应用和发展进行分析讨论,提出了制定低温、高压法兰标准的必要性。 In this article, the classification of flanges and some representative calculation methods, Waters method and the method used in DIN 2505, were briefly summarized. The applicable scopes for various flanges were described in detail, and the principles of selecting flange and its fasteners were also listed. Finally, the analysis and discussion of the application of steel pipe flange in our country were carried out, based on which the necessity of formulating the standard of flange used in low temperature and high pressure situation was stated.
