非洲菊新品种‘紫心红瓣’和‘绿心玫红’的组培快繁

Tissue Culture and Fast Multiplication of New Species of ‘Zixinhongban’ and ‘Luxinmeihong’ Gerbera jamesonii Bolus

为建立非洲菊新品种‘紫心红瓣’和‘绿心玫红’的组培快繁体系。以非洲菊新品种‘紫心红瓣’和‘绿心玫红’花蕾为外植体,研究了不同激素水平对花蕾愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的影响。结果表明,诱导愈伤和芽分化最佳培养基为MS+NAA0.2 mg/L+6-BA2.5 mg/L和MS+NAA0.1 mg/L+6-BA5 mg/L,扩繁培养以MS+NAA0.1 mg/L+6-BA 3 mg/L为宜,最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 0.1mg/L。

Tissue Culture and Fast Multiplication of two new species of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus were studied in the paper.The two new species of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus＇Zixinhongban＇and＇Luxinmeihong＇of flower buds as explants were taken,the paper reported the effects of different hormone content on inducing flower buds callus and affecting plant regeneration.The results showed that the optimum medium were MS＋NAA 0.2 mg/L＋6-BA 2.5 mg/L for inducing callus,MS＋NAA 0.1 mg/L＋6-BA 5 mg/L for bud differentiation,MS＋NAA 0.1 mg/L＋6-BA 3 mg/L for multiplication and 1/2 MS＋NAA 0.1 mg/L for rooting.
