摘要
本文以Proteus软件为基础,在Proteus软件与Keil整合构建的单片机虚拟仿真环境下,检测节气门的信号,通过电子控制单元的计算,输出给步进电机的驱动芯片,根据步距角计算出脉冲数,完成对步进电机的驱动控制,从而实现节气门迅速地获得预期的开度。文章在对电子节气门控制系统仿真的基础上,进行了实物实验,获得较好的效果。
In the virtual simulation environment which is comprised of Proteus software and Keil,the signal of throttle valve is inspected via Proteus software in this paper.The signal which is calculated by electronic controlling unit is transferred to driving chip and then the pulse count is calculated according to the step angle.The driving of a step motor can be carried out through the pulse count and the throttle valve's opening degree can be controlled rapidly.The experiment is carried out in this paper,and the experiment results are consistent with the simulation results.
